Hi Lily,

I can't thank you guys enough for bringing yoga to the kids.

Malcolm has taught me some of what he has learned...I remember he brought up a relaxation technique this winter when I was getting all keyed up driving on a snowy road.

He came into the world a very anchored and calm soul and now you are giving him some excellent tools to bolster these traits.
It is hard sometimes to send your child out into the world everyday, such as it is, but your contribution makes it easier!
